Role description

This is a full-time hybrid role in India for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for recruitment, full-life-cycle recruiting, hiring, account management, and communication.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of recruitment and hiring experience
• Full-life-cycle recruiting and account management skills
• Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Clear understanding of US staffing processes and techniques — W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, H1 transfers — and well versed in US visa types
• Proactive, results-driven, with a proven recent track record
• Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 vendors of clients, job portals, and other networking techniques
• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements; generating daily reports and updating them in the internal ATS
• Negotiating bill rates with vendors and clients on W2 / 1099 / CTC basis
• Ability to meet targets on a regular basis
• Must be willing to work in night shift

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain high-quality IT professionals
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites
• Use multiple sourcing methods — job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals — to identify and engage potential candidates
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and role requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
• Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle the onboarding process for new hires
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to candidates and hiring managers
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and various sourcing techniques
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
